Institutional Registration Form

Please note that complete registration is a 2-step process, one for the institution and another for your Active Membership(s) -- institutional representative and faculty member(s). After completing the institutional form, you will be taken directly to the Active Member registration form. An invoice for payment will be generated and sent via email to the institutional representative.

MEIEA maintains a database of information about music business programs, to be used for research, reporting, and comparative purposes only. Your institution, city, state, degrees offered, and links to the institution and program web sites will be posted publicly at www.meiea.org/schools.html. All other institutional data will be reported annually to member institutions and available upon request for research purposes only.

MEMBERSHIP VALUE (Select one) Institutional membership fees are based on the number of faculty that participate as "Active" members of the Association. All Institutional memberships include one (1) institutional representative plus the number of faculty designated by the level of membership. Please select a level of membership.	$180 - Institutional representative plus an additional faculty member (2 Active Memberships). $300 - Institutional representative plus up to four (4) additional faculty members (3-5 Active Memberships). $410 - Institutional representative plus up to seven (7) additional faculty members (6-8 Active Memberships). $590 - Institutional representative plus up to eleven (11) additional faculty members (9-12 Active Memberships).
