Middle Tennessee State University's Department of Recording Industry is seeking applicants for a tenure-track faculty position (Pos. #145010) at the rank of assistant/associate professor. Start date for this position is August 1, 2018.

Successful candidate will teach courses in music business, including: Digital Strategies, Branding, Survey of the Recording Industry, History of the Recording Industry, Artist Management, Concert Promotion & Touring, Record Label Operations, Marketing and/or Copyright Law.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to accomplish group goals is a necessity. Documented excellence in teaching, research/creative activity and service is expected for all positions.
